To customers who purchased tickets on 24 or 25 April by credit or debit card


Due to a technical error, tickets purchased on 24 or 25 April by credit or debit card through the JAL website, call center, or at an airport may have resulted in a duplicate charge.

Japan Airlines is currently correcting the error and it is estimated to be completed within the next few days.
