Hozugawa Boat Ride
2019.11.1
"Sake produced by Isojiman was selected for the toast at the 34th G8 summit held at Toya-ko, Hokkaido in 2008, and, among many other honors, also won a double gold medal in the Sake Division at the International Wine Challenge in 2010. Today it is one of Japan's leading sake breweries. Isojiman's Daiginjo ""Itteki Nyukon"" is the centerpiece of its line of fine sake, and ranks at the top of sake sold in the 1.8 liter bottle size. The bouquet is fruity and sweet, while in the mouth this flavorful sake offers a distinct balance between sweet and tart, finishing with a lingering dryness.
This Daiginjo is best served cold."
